If the package was delivered to a freight forwarder, we cannot assist with damage or loss claims.

Mod Mafia ships to addresses within the United States only.

If you choose to use a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, third‑party exporter, or any other method to ship your order internationally, you agree to the following:

    • Our responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the U.S. shipping address provided at checkout (including freight forwarder addresses).
    • Any loss, damage, missing items, delays, import issues, or defects discovered after the package is received at the U.S. address are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
    • Mod Mafia will not file carrier claims or provide replacements/refunds for orders forwarded outside the United States.
    • Manufacturer warranties may be voided or unavailable for products shipped internationally through a third party.

By using a forwarding service, you assume full responsibility for the shipment beyond the delivery point provided to Mod Mafia.

    • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Backordered Products

    • If an item in your order is backordered:
